    The CTA Scotland team are organising their 4th annual climb of Ben Nevis, the highest mounting in Scotland, the United Kingdom, and the British Isles with the summit at 1,345 metres above sea level.

    Cycle4Sewa has been held in East London since 2012, Cycle4Sewa brings together people of all ages from across the country to enjoy a day of cycling whilst participating in the act of Sewa.
    The day is packed with a variety of cycling challenges starting with the individual event where participants complete as many laps of the track as possible in a 2-hour time frame.

    This trek starts from Lukla and reaches the destination – Everest Base Camp, via Gokyo and Cho La Pass. During the trek you will accomplish more by small peaks including Gokyo Ri (5,357 m/ 17,575 ft) and Kalapatthar (5,545 m/18,192 ft) to get an amazing view of Mt. Everest and other mountain range. The view includes: Mt. Everest (8,848 m./29,029 ft) – the crown of the world, Mt. Makalu (8,485 m/ 27,838 ft), Cho Oyu (8,201 m/ 26,906 ft), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m/ 27,940 ft), Mt. Nuptse (7,861 m/ 25,791 ft), Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 m/ 22,349 ft), Mt. Pumori (7,161 m/23,494 ft), Mt. Thamserku (6,608 m/ 21,680 ft), ), Kantenga(6782m/22250ft), ChoLatse(6440m/21128ft), Tawache(6495m/21309) and others.

Sewa UK specialises in supporting disaster relief and rehabilitation, tribal and refugee welfare, women empowerment, education for children, and quality healthcare. It is involved in humanitarian work not just in the UK but also in India, Kenya, and around the world.
