Supporting Differently–Abled Individuals
We believe every individual deserves the chance to reach their full potential. Our programmes address critical needs, providing tailored resources that help differently-abled individuals to overcome barriers, access education, gain vital skills, and live with dignity and independence.
Sewa UK specialises in creating an inclusive world by providing comprehensive support and opportunities for differently–abled children and individuals.
We address critical needs, ensuring essential services are within reach for everyone.
Our Impact in Differently–Abled Support
Through our dedicated projects, many differently-abled children gain access to education, individuals receive vital therapies, and many acquire skills that open doors to independence and societal inclusion.
Our Differently–Abled Initiatives
Divya Vidhyalaya, Jawhar
We supported the complete transformation of this residential school for blind and mentally challenged tribal children, providing modern facilities for holistic education.
Samadrushti Trust (Sakshama Bhavan), Kozhikode
We funded the construction of ‘Sakshama Bhavan,’ a permanent skills development center for the visually challenged and differently-abled, offering dormitories and self-employment training.
Divya Arunodaya School, Gadag
We are supporting the building of a much-needed new school and training center for children with various disabilities, including mental disability, cerebral palsy, and autism, to meet overwhelming demand.
Sanvedana Divya Rehabilitation Centre, Latur
We funded the construction of this purpose-built center, which provides special education, physiotherapy, speech, and music therapy under one roof for children with cerebral palsy.
We fund life-changing cleft and palate surgeries for children in rural areas like Chitrakoot, enabling them to integrate back into society without associated stigma.
Case Study: Restoring Smiles and Futures in Chitrakoot
At the modern, fully equipped hospital in Chitrakoot, supported by Sewa UK donors, we fund life-changing plastic surgeries, particularly for children with cleft and palate conditions. This vital intervention helps children integrate back into society without associated stigma, truly transforming their lives.
