I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share an exciting adventure that myself, along with 12 friends and family members, are embarking on this weekend—a cycling journey through France, Belgium, and the Netherlands in support of a charitable cause. Over the course of two days, we'll be covering more than 150 miles, rain or shine!

Here are some key details:

• Our group consists of riders ranging in age from 19 to 68, with four members who had never ventured on a ride longer than 10 miles before this.
• In June, all riders took on a qualifying challenge to accumulate at least 500 training miles on their bikes, and we not only met but exceeded this goal!
• As a team, we covered an impressive total of over 7000 miles during the 12-week qualifying period, conquering nearly 200,000 feet in combined elevation.

Our journey begins in a charming French town on Friday morning, leading us through Belgium and culminating in Rotterdam for an overnight stay—a journey of approximately 90 miles. Day 2 will see us ride another 65 miles from Rotterdam to Amsterdam.
